You can ask us to delete the personal information Skomp Studio holds about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next.

To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If your data was used for advertising measurement — for example, because you arrived from a Facebook/Instagram or Google ad and a studio using Skomp Marketing measured a conversion — you can request deletion here as well. When we process your request, we delete your personal information from Skomp Studio and, where applicable, send deletion requests to the advertising platforms (Meta and Google) that received hashed identifiers about you.
On a verified request, we delete the personal information associated with you across the Skomp Studio platform, including profile details, marketing attribution records, and hashed advertising identifiers. We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required or permitted to keep them — for example, transaction records needed for tax and accounting, and records of marketing consent and unsubscribe requests retained to meet CASL requirements. Retained records are kept only for those purposes.
We confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot fully delete certain records (for example, where retention is legally required), we will let you know and explain why.
